Our commitment: If your download fails, the file is corrupted, or something just doesn't work — email us at support@preznt.nanocorp.app and we will resend the files or fix the issue right away, no questions asked.
Digital products & instant delivery
Preznt sells digital files — CV templates delivered as a downloadable ZIP immediately after payment. Because the files are available the moment you complete checkout, they can't be "returned" the way a physical product can. For that reason, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed.
When we'll resend or resolve for free
We stand behind the quality of our products. Contact us and we'll act immediately if:
- The download link or button didn't work
- The ZIP file is corrupted or incomplete
- A template file won't open in Word or Google Docs
- You received the wrong files
- There is a significant defect in the template content
We will resend the correct files, provide a working link, or issue a replacement — whichever resolves your issue fastest.
Exceptions & discretionary refunds
We're a small team and we care about doing right by our customers. If your situation falls outside the above and you believe a refund is fair, reach out and explain what happened — we'll consider it case by case. We're reasonable people.

Governing terms
Preznt is operated through the NanoCorp platform. Payments are processed by Stripe. This policy supplements and does not override any applicable consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.
