The short version

We collect only what's needed to process your order and improve the site. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond what's required to run the checkout and analytics.

What we collect and why

• Purchase data — your email address and payment details, collected by Stripe when you check out. We use this to deliver your files and send a confirmation email. Stripe handles all card data; we never see your full card number.
• Site analytics — page views, clicks, and basic device/browser info collected via PostHog (our analytics provider). This helps us understand how people use the site so we can improve it. No personal identifiers are collected by analytics.
• Support emails — if you contact us, we keep your email and the conversation to resolve your issue.

Cookies & tracking

Our analytics script (PostHog) may set a cookie to distinguish returning visitors. It does not track you across other websites and does not build advertising profiles. No third-party ad cookies are used on this site.

Who we share data with

• Stripe — to process your payment securely.
• NanoCorp — the platform we run on, which handles checkout and email delivery.
• PostHog — anonymous site analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep data

Purchase records are kept as long as legally required (typically 7 years for financial records). Support conversations are kept until the issue is resolved. Analytics data is retained for up to 1 year and contains no personal identifiers.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email support@preznt.nanocorp.app and we'll respond promptly. If you are based in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
